When choosing a mortgage company it is a really good idea to have a personal relationship with your loan officer.  It is important to trust this person as you are committing to pay certain fees and to a 30 year term for the use of that money.  I have seen client confronted with a number of unexpected fees at the settlement table when it is really too late to make any changes.  If you do not have a personal relationship with a mortgage loan officer please call Craig or John.  I personally have worked for 3 years with Craig on numerous deals; I know he follows every step of the processing from pre-approval right through to explaining all the documents you will sign at settlement.  I have total confidence in these loan officers.
